Well, my summer started off slow, but ended well!

The day after school let out, I went on a surf trip that proved even more to me that I suck at surfing.

I started Summer School at Palomar the week after school let out, taking Calc 2, Intro to Computer Science and some PE class. I was taking these with Jerm, so it wasn't the worst thing in the world. I learned a lot in Calc 2 because the teacher was awesome. Intro to CS was really dull though, because the only thing i lerned the whole time was some basic C commands. I got 'A's in both. However, in PE, i got 'NC' (No Credit), because I didn't have enough hours in the 'Wellness Center' (Exercise Room), but I did get more buff.

I also played water polo (1 pratice, at least 3 games per week) most of the summer, until the very end, when I had to quit because my Fall classes at Palomar conflicted with RBV's practice times. I got extremely fit from water polo at least 4 days a week (sometimes 6 days). I improved a whole lot, but I'm sure most of that skill is gone by now (no exercise).

Jeremy and I participated in some cool parties/gatherings (whatever) over the summer.
The initial gathering was at Jeremy's house in his all-purpose, big room, where we just watched a bunch of movies and drank a lot of soda.

The 2nd party was a LAN (Local Area Network for you non-computer geeks) party, where 6 of us guys connected our computers together in Jeremy's house and played cool games throughout the night and early in the morning. The cool group who made this possible consisted of myself, Jerm, Bobby, Phat-D, Little Mike, and Vu.

The 3rd 'party' was an important one. Jeremy, I, and our friends Preston, Phat-D, and the little brother of Phat-D (Mike) got togeteher to watch some movies. Preston, Jerm, and I first watched The Patriot, which we all highly recommend. Then, we hung around and waited for Phat-D to come and Mr. Kramer (Jerm) informed me about a surprise birthday party for a girl that lived by his house (no girls' names for their protection). When Phat-D an Mike showed, we happened to see the Birthday girl with 2 of her friends, one of whom Jerm had interest in. They came up to our group and chatted for a while and after they left, Jerm and I agreed that they were setting up the Birthday girl quite well. Then, 'the guys' all saw X-Men, which was about as good as The Patriot. Then, we ate at Taco Bell an hung out at Phat-D's pad. After that, Jerm and I left to go to his house, in order to be close to the surprise party. When we crashed it, we kinda just stood in a corner, when Jerm's interest started talking to us. We got more involved in the party and had lots of fun. All of the sudden, a girl which I didn't know very well jumped on my back, and for the rest of the night, the girl (aka. Mu Tau [mt]) and I joked and talked and had even more fun. That night was the start of an interest in Mu Tau that was as unexpected to me as it was everyone else.

The 4th get-together was Jerm's 17th Birthday Party. We played computer games on a bigger TV, watched more movies and talked about stuff the whole night.

About 2 weeks after the surprise party, I got a call from Jerm about seeing a movie with some people. I was going to go with he and the surprise-birthday-girl and we were to meet another friend of mine and Mu Tau there. We met my friend and Mu Tau and went to go see What Lies Beneath. At first, I wasn't sitting by Mu, but she requested that Jeremy trade spots with me, so she could talk to me. The rest of the movie I was only half paying attention to. This is when the news of my crush spread like wildfire, and I wasn't going to deny it.

The final gathering was at the beach, where Jerm and I tried to plan something. It, for the most part, was a success, because we were about 15 people strong. However, Jerm and my crushes didn't show because of conflicts. By this time, probably 18 people knew of my crush.
By the time school started, that number probably had tripled.
By the second week in September, most of the school knew (Everyone, except the new kid, in my history class knew).
It spread - very quickly.

Well, that was my summer in one gigantic nutshell; sorry if I bored anyone. All parties involved know who they are, I'm sure.
